Our watch repair expert, William Kendrick, has over 38 years of experience repairing all types and brands of watches. He is trained in the repair of Rolex, Cartier and high end swiss watches and also has completed courses in Introduction to Precision Timing, Basic Quartz Watch and Chronometer Repair, ETA Automatic and Chronometer Movements, Vintage Chronographs, Modern Mechanical Service and Adjustment, Balance Staff Adjustment and Timing, Service and Adjustment to Lever Escapement.

We also employ a Rolex-certified watchmaker who has been in the watch repair business for more than 30 years. Our facility belongs to the American Watchmakers and Clockmakers Institute, the Chronometer Club, the National Association of Watchmakers and the Chronometer Club. All of our customers can expert excellent service, free technical support, and the knowledge, expertise and connections that come from years in the watch repair industry.
